Dreem is an innovative solution consisting of a headband and accompanying app that aims to assist individuals in managing and improving their sleep. Please note that the app can only be used in conjunction with the Dreem headband, which is required for optimal functionality.

 <li>The Hypnogram: Visualize your night's sleep minute-by-minute, displaying your various sleep phases, heart rate, and sleep position.</li>
 <li>Personalized Insights: Gain valuable insights into your sleep patterns and trends through informative cards. These insights will aid in better understanding your sleep and tracking your progress over time.</li>
 <li>Coaching Programs: Access a library of sleep restructuring programs, each tailored to different needs in terms of duration and intensity. These programs function as an effective tool for managing various sleep-related issues:</li>

 <li>Sleep Restructuring: Designed for individuals who struggle to fall asleep or wake up frequently during the night. This program incorporates a series of sleep consolidation exercises and helpful to-do lists to improve "sleep efficiency" – the ratio between time spent in bed and actual time asleep.</li>

Dreem Coach stores sleep data entries from the Dreem Headband in HealthKit, allowing for direct viewing within the Apple Health app. Rest assured that Dreem Coach does not collect any personal health-related data.
